Town Board Public HEARING
May 17, 2021, 7:00 p.m., Town Hall in Oak Center
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Monday, May 17, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at N3349 Oak Center Road, the Town Hall in Oak Center, the Town Board of the Town of Oakfield will conduct a public hearing on possible adoption of amendments to the Town Zoning Ordinance.
The proposed amendments for the Zoning Ordinance concern the following:
- Section 2.3 H: Recommendation of full basement and/or storm shelter
- Sections 15.5A, 17.1 & 17.3D: Updated adoption date of most recent Comprehensive Plan
- Section 17.6: Horicon Marsh Viewshed and allowed uses within this area
The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend.
