NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Monday, April 26, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.at the Town Hall in Oak Center, N3349 Oak Center Road, the Town of Oakfield Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing for the consideration of a variance request from Justin and Barb Laning. The variance would be for the construction of a residence at a distance from the center of a public roadway greater than the 400 feet maximum distance allowed under Section 2.4 (A) of the General Provisions of the Town of Oakfield Zoning Ordinance.
The residence would be located in parcel number T15-14-16-03-02-002-00 with a legal description as S3 T14N R16E W 44.82 A NW ¼ NE ¼ FRAC ¼ in the Town of Oakfield, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.
The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend. Members of the Oakfield Town Board may be present.
