PLAN COMMISSION HEARING and
SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
October 5, 2020, 6:00 p.m., Town Hall in Oak Center
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Monday, October 5, 2020 at
6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall in Oak Center, the Town of Oakfield Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on the consideration of the application by Buechel Stone Corporation to renew, with possible amendments, its current Special Use Permit to conduct non-metallic mining on parcels located in the East ½ of the East ½ of Section 27 Town 14 North, Range 15 East (Quarry #1) and in the Northeast ¼ of Section 34 (Quarry #2) in the Town of Oakfield, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.
The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend. Members of the Oakfield Town Board may be present at the Plan Commission Hearing.
NOTICE IS ALSO HERBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Oakfield will review the recommendations of the Plan Commission and may act upon the above requests at a special Town Board meeting immediately following the Plan Commission hearing on Monday, October 5, 2020.
