TOWN OF OAKFIELD

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Monday, April 29, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at the Town Hall in Oak Center, the Town of Oakfield Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing for the purpose of considering rezoning requests from Compass Surveying, LLC for property owner Lance Kintzler, N3273 Oak Center Road, Oakfield, WI.
The requests being for the rezoning of the following parcels described on the proposed Certified Survey Map created for Lance Kintzler by Compass Surveying, LLC: Parcel “A”, 6.593 acres of land more or less, to be rezoned from R-1 Single Family Residential with public sewer to the Farmland Preservation District; and Parcel “B”, 0.899 acres of land more or less, to be rezoned from Farmland Preservation District to the R-1 Single Family Residential District with public sewer. The parcels being a part of the Northwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of Section 28, Township 14 North, Range 16 East, Town of Oakfield, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.
The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend. Members of the Oakfield Town Board may be present.
NOTICE IS ALSO HERBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Oakfield will review the recommendations of the Plan Commission and may act upon the above requests at a special Town Board meeting immediately following the Plan Commission hearing on Monday, April 29, 2019.
