TOWN OF OAKFIELD
PLAN COMMISSION HEARINGS
SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Monday, April 2, 2018 at
7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall in Oak Center, the Town of Oakfield Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing for the purpose of considering a rezoning request from Lance Kintzler and/or Grant Kintzler. The request being to rezone from the Farmland Preservation District to the R-2 Residential District a 4 acre parcel of property to create a home building site for Grant Kintzler. The parcel is located in the SW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 28, south of Oak Center on Oak Center Road. The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend. Members of the Oakfield Town Board may be present.
NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN, that on Monday, April 2, 2018, immediately following the above rezoning hearing, the Town of Oakfield Plan Commission will conduct another public hearing on a special use permit request from Ami Messner and/or Al Messner. The request being for a special use permit to replace an existing farmhouse with a new house in the Niagara Escarpment Viewshed Area. The property is located in Section 33 at N2597 County Road B.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Oakfield will review the recommendations of the Plan Commission and may act upon the above requests at a special Town Board meeting immediately following the Plan Commission hearing on Monday, April 2, 2018.
